Does
it hurt?
Sometimes. It depends on where the tattoo is on your body, and it depends
on your personal pain tolerance. It also depends on the mood you are in
at the time of the tattoo (i.e., are you relaxed and focused on your breathing,
or are you wound up and scared?). Ultimately, this is a question only you
will be able to answer. In general, a tattoo feels about like a cat scratch
or mild sunburn.
Can
I get anaesthesia?
Pharmacies sell anaesthesia but we don´t offer or recommend that.
The pain after gets worse says most people who have tried that, But we don´t
stop those who wants to take a mild painkiller before tattooing. But we
don´t think it´s a good idea.
How much does a tattoo cost?
Every artist make quotes on how much they believe a particular
piece might cost. In order to quote a price, however, we must first talk
with you and get an idea of what you want. "A one inch tattoo on
my back" isn't specific enough for an accurate price. What colour
or colours do you want? How much detail is going to go into the design?
What part of your back? If you would like a quote or a rough estimate
on how much a tattoo will cost you, please step in and talk to us. We
cannot give a price, even a rough esitmate over the phone or thru an e-mail.
We charge by the piece, not the hour.
How many times do you use your needles?
Once and only ONCE. Not only is there a sterilization concern when it
comes to cleaning the inside of the hollow piercing needle, but also the
needle itself dulls noticeably when it is used even once. Therefore, in
the interests of everyone involved, we use needles once and then we dispose
of them in an appropriate sharps containers.
How long does it take to heal?
As for all things, this differs from person to person, and is directly
effected by proper aftercare.
For tattoos, the tattoo appears healed within a week to 10 days, but may
take up to a month to heal completely.
How should I prepare for my tattoo?
Eat. Do not come in with an empty stomach as this can contribute to your
becoming light headed. Don't stuff yourself to the point of nausea, of
course, but have a little something in your stomach.
Do not drink any alcohol or take any drugs 24 hours prior to your appointment.
As far as drugs go, do not come in under the influence of anything illegal
or anything that could inhibit your decision-making skills. Also, try
to avoid aspirin and antihistamines 24 hours prior to your appointment
as these tend to thin your blood.

Are
you authorised tattooists?
There are no authorised
tattooists. There are no tattooing schools, educations or
diplomas. Most tattooists are self trained or has learned the trade from
other tattooists.
In Sweden there is an organisation called S.T.P. - Sveriges Professionella
Tatuerare (Proffessional Tattoists in Sweden), that includes a number
of studios who has agreed on a number of rules aspecially regarding hygiene.
I
am almost 18 years old, can I get atattoo? My parents says it´s
OK!
No you can´t, but you can book an appointment til after your 18th
birthday, and you can start planning your tattoo with us if you want to.
Your parents are welcome to get a tattoo for them selves if they are that
positive, but they CAN NOT make any decisions regarding your body. A tattoo
is for life, and should be carefully planned. There´s no time to
regret it afterwords!
Can
I get a tattoo if I´m nursing?
The tattoo colour has nothing to do with nursing, but you should not tattoo
your nipples because that really hurts...
What
happens if I grow a lot where my tattoo is? If I work out or get pregnant?
In most cases it does´nt happen a lot though the skin is very elastic
and adapts very well. After for example a pregnancy the tattoo gets "normal"
again, That is if your belly goes back to what it was before. It´s
almost impossible to ruin a tattoo on a full grown body if you work out
a lot for example. Don´t worry!
Do
you tattoo everything and everywhere?
No! Every tattoo is a work of art which the tattooist should be able to
stand up for. That´s why we don´t do anything that symbolizes
hate for example. We do tattoos everywhere exept in your face. We NEVER
tattoo people who are under the influence of any drugs or alcohol
Can
I get an allergic reaction from your colours?
No, the colours we use has never caused any allergic reactions. Allergic
reactions are very rare. The problems some people has experiensed after
visiting tattooists are related to bad hygiene. With us you don´t
have to worry about that!
If you have other questions, feel free to contact us.
